Hey everyone,
Another review up of a pretty well rounded juice, Tennessee by vsvapor.net.
Flavor (7)

This juice and all the other tobacco juices I ordered from these guys has a really unique taste. There is this almost smoky, peanutty flavor in their juices... vaping this stuff is kind of like vaping and eating a snack at the same time. I find that while the flavor is a little odd, its pretty addicting... I did get tired of it after a little while and ended up mixing it with some other stuff I had to cut it though. Overall a pretty decent flavor, especially taking into account its unique spin on things. I also like juices that are more oriented to the taste of cigarettes, even though this doesn't taste like tobacco, I did appreciate it being not very sweet.

Vapor Production (8)

This juice seems to put out a good amount of vapor. It seems like nowadays its hard to find something that doesn't though.

Throat hit (8)

Throat hit on this juice is solid. I would almost give it a 9 but its still in high 8 territory for me. Definitely feels close to smoking a cigarette.

Consistency (7)

Consistency is what you would expect, not as thick as backwoods brew, but good.

Overall Score (30/40)

This was my favorite flavor from these guys. Absolutely delicious and keeps you coming back for more... unless you vape too much then you will probably take a break from this boldly flavored juice.

Good review. However, to me, the flavor is not "bold" at all. In fact, when I first tried VS Tennesee, back in August, all I could taste was the nic base. Now, after steeping for almost 4 months, I would describe the flavor as resembling a very mild 555 with a slightly toasted, rather than sweet, aftertaste. The flavor isn't bad at all. However, it's too subtle for my preference. I sampled 16mg dripped in a Riva 901.

Wow, really? Like I was saying in the review, vaping it for too long became a little overwhelming for me... It was a little too bold for me... But thats really interesting, I guess everyone tastes things differently, or maybe we had different batches... Did you try anything else from them? I had the Frisco and Texas as well, It seemed that they all tasted the same (That base flavor) but it seemed Frisco was even stronger while the Texas was not...

I can't say I tried Tenn., but plan on buying some. I'm a very big fan of Tampa. I also like a nut type flavor. 555 is a once in a while vape for me. I really like Frisco for its Hazzlenut flavor. The vapor and throat hit are just right for me. I bought both those juices in 35mg nic. Try again in a week and see if the taste changes. Most reviews of Texas say it's a dry analog type flavor. I'll let you know in about a week.

Texas is more on par with a Turkish tobacco analog, the least nut of all the VS tobaccos. The Tampa and Texas are their two most robust tobaccos (and they're both very good), with Tennessee and Frisco probably the lightest. Phoenix is probably in the middle or on the light side with Tennessee and Frisco. All Vapor Station tobaccos have a base that is Virginia tobacco essential oil and Turkish tobacco absolute.

I think Phoenix is the least nutty of their line. I get no nuttiness at all with Phoenix and a very solid throat hit, (more than their other flavors). The next less nutty flavors are Texas and Tennessee. Frisco has a strong hazelnut overtone, ( very nice), and Tampa is slightly lighter than Frisco with peanut replacing the hazelnut, (also very nice).

I agree that the flavor of VS Texas is along the lines of Camel/Turkish/Desert Ship tobacco juices. The flavor is more robust but still not overly strong. I have also tried VS Cherry Almond and Cherry Wood. At first, to me, they tasted like cherry candy and cough syrup respectively. However, after aging, the sweeetness of the CA wasn't so overpowering and the CW lost the medicine taste. It has a nice, slightly smoky, finish with a good throat hit. Although the TH may be because I tried that in 24mg instead of 16mg.
