Anyone got anything to say about these guys and their product?

I ordered the silver, titanium and copper 510's from them. Twice my order wasn't as asked for although Eric is trying to make it right. The customer service seems great but one of the tips on the titaniam battery already came off and another one is not working and I've only had them a couple weeks. Maybe it's just me but I have a joye 510 I bought from cignot a couple months ago and it's still performing as if it's brand new. I'll be using the one's from vs as backups but the price of 35.00 for 3 batteries is worth it. I do have to say that their nuport juice is really good. I'll be ordering my juice from there again and again I'm sure. this is just my opinion

I ordered aJoye 302 penstyle from them the week before Christmas.
It shipped from their UK site and I recieved it in 2 weeks I think it would have been more like a week if not for the holidays.
It came well packaged which is good because the postal service managed to crush one corner of the box it was shipped in.
The presentation box was unharmed though and all parts were in pristine condition. The quality of the unit was excellent and everything worked and was as advertised. Alsoallof their kits come with 2 full e cigs,except the kissbox which comes with a boat loadof accessories.

I got my copper 510 from them, as well as a sampler pack of juice. I received my order in under 2 weeks, and it was shipped from the UK as well. The order was accurate and arrived in perfect condition.

I've ordered several 510 kits from Them. I received their orders faster from overseas than I received from some suppliers in the U.S. Only had a problem once with defective batteries and Eric handled it immediately. I pm'd Eric got a prompt reply as well as a follow up phone call. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. With Eric here in the states I am confident of prompt customer service!
