I just searched the VaporTekUSA site and didn't find any multimeters or voltage meters, all they had were a couple of ohm meters.

They are taking orders to ship after the Chinese New Year. This is what they say:
The will ship after the Chinese Holiday October 1-7th. This is a pre order and we will order on the 27th of September to ship after the Chinese Holiday. We are pushing the manufacturer to ship before the holiday!!
