I'm a sucker for good deals and if Vapor Joe recommends a supplier, I'll check them out esp if there is a coupon code. =)

I read Vapor Tek's about page and love their passion to help the vape community.

The trade off is no phone support/ordering; only email, support ticket, or facebook (that's a new one for me). I'm sure that will change when they open the store front.

Depending on how busy they are, it might take awhile or almost right away to get a reply.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and products and will order more mods from them in the future.

I had a mod go bad. Once they got my defective unit, a new one was sent to me. On another order, I got the wrong item and they were prompt to correct it by sending one right away.
