Smilin and vapor4life is top notch ecig company. I ordered and received the vaporking starter kit (with much goodies included) and at an excellent price. The shipping only took 2 days. Everything was delivered in excellent condition and ready to vape out of the box. The usb passthru is DA BOMB as are their flavors. Since recieving my VK on the 27th, I have made two other orders for some different juices. Received one yesterday and will receive the other tomorrow (great USPS tracking). There was only one problem when I received the original VK starter kit; one of the rechargeable batteries did not work properly (only a 1 to 2 second draw before quiting). Well, let me tell you this: I sent Steve an email explaining to him about the battery. He replied to my email that he would send me a new one and asked whether I would like a white batt or maybe wait until next week when he may be getting his new shipment in of new colored batts ! ! I emailed him back an hour ago telling him I would wait for a new colored one whn they came in. To my surprise he called me right away ! ! ! Yep a call from Steve apologizing for the inconvenience of me receiving a bad batt. Folks, this is excellent, the BEST customer service you will ever find ! ! ! Steve was adamant about making everything right. I am now looking forward to receiving my new batt (shipping tomorrow). The VaporKing system rocks, the cartomizer system works great, they last a long time, the service is above and beyond people. If you are in doubt about which PV to try, try the Vapor King ! ! !
