Salemgold was kind and sent me 6 cartos, Caramel Coffee, Milk Chocolate, Blueberry Cobbler, Peach, and Irish Cream. These were sent as a PIF, and I much appreciate her kindness.

The flavors are unique in every way. I have not tried many fruit, candy, or pastry flavors before, so it's a world I am not familiar with. I was unsure of what to expect, especially with Cartomizers as I've never used cartos before.

Vapor4Life does well with some of these, but not so good with some as well. The sweetener they use has a strange flavor to it that's present in all of the flavors, which takes away from the "yummy" factor. Let's review:

Caramel Coffee PG/VG: Unkown, 24mg Nic
Throat Hit: 9/10
Vapor: 6/10
Flavor: 7/10

The hit starts out with a rough, almost burnt coffee flavor with a hint of sweetness. The caramel is almost non-existent. The coffee flavor itself is desirable for those who like their coffee to be at double-strength with no cream and a little dash of sugar. Strong coffee, but just enough sweetness to keep me interested. Not too shabby in the flavor department. The vapor production was right at medium. Not as much vapor as FSUSA liquid, but better than some cheap stuff I've tried.

Milk Chocolate PV/VG unkown, 18mg Nic
Throat Hit: 6/10
Vapor: 6/10
Flavor: 7/10

This isn't the typical chocolate flavor that I was expecting. It's more of a burnt chocolate flavor, with some sweetness to it. Almost like dark chocolate, but definitely not like milk chocolate. Throat hit isn't great, but it's not bad. Vapor production is a little better than Caramel Coffee, but it takes a few long hits to get it to really vape.

Blueberry Cobbler PG/VG: unknown, 18mg Nic
Throat Hit: 4/10
Vapor: 4/10
Flavor: 8/10

Where this flavor falls short in the TH and vapor departments, it gains in flavor. It tastes like warm, fresh-baked Blueberry Cobbler. Nice and sweet from the obvious blueberry flavor, and a mellow, tasty Cobbler flavor. Very accurate in flavor, and not overpowering. It's not a vapor-maker, and definitely not a throat-tickler, even on a 5v passthrough. It's so yummy though that I forget about the vapor and throat hit. I dock it a couple points on flavor because it doesn't really show up until quite a few hits. Takes a minute to cook the liquid enough to where it's releasing flavor at its full potential.

Irish Cream PG/VG: unknown, 18mg Nic
Throat Hit: 5/10
Vapor: 7/10
Flavor: 7/10

This is a tricky flavor. It doesn't have that tangy, irish cream-ish flavor, but it has the creamy sweetness, and again, a burnt sweetness to it (that seems to be common among all of these flavors, a weird burnt sweetness). This is a yummy vape, but I wouldn't call it Irish Cream. More like Sweet Cream. Throat hit is minimal to medium, vapor is definitely better than the others, and the flavor is nice. Not irish cream though.

Peach PG/VG: unknown, 4mg Nic
Throat Hit: 1/10
Vapor: 7/10
Flavor: 6/10

Since it's so low on nicotine, there is no throat hit to speak of. The vapor is nice and cloudy, and the flavor, well, it wouldn't be too bad if it didn't have that burnt sweetness. It must be the sweetener they use. Or maybe it's because these are cartos. The peach flavor is present but at a small level, and is more on the lines of a creamy peach than a straight-up peach fruit flavor. There is no tang, but there's sweetness. Burnt sweetness. Like you left the peaches in the oven too long. It's not a horrible taste, but it takes a little getting used to.

Spiced Cider VG/PG: unknown, 11mg Nic
Throat Hit: 1/10
Vapor: 5/10
Flavor: 6/10

For a Spiced Cider, there's no spice to mention. There is a slight cider taste, a little on the burnt sweet side, and some creaminess. Very similar in flavor to Irish Cream, but a tad bit of tang to it. The tang doesn't show up until I exhale, and it's minimal. Not a bad flavor. I just wish the burnt sweetness would go away. There is no throat hit, and that is likely due to the very low Nicotine level.

Conclusion

V4L has the right idea with the coffee, milk chocolate, and blueberry cobbler, but falls short with the rest. The burnt sweetness is strange, but I keep vaping anyway. It's not necessarily a bad flavor, but it can get in the way.

The vapor production is certainly not like the juices from FSUSA, but the flavors are nice.

Again, I really appreciate that Salemgold sent me these cartos. She is very kind in doing so. I am on a desperate search for the right liquid, and having the right liquid, for me, is the difference between staying with vaping and relapsing to analogs. Trying a multitude of different flavors, from tobaccos to fruits, and trying different companies out is a constant search and can be very frustrating. The search goes on, ladies and gentlemen.
