I ordered a PCC Shorty Kit from V4L a couple weeks ago and was pretty impressed.
They sent me:
5 Pineapple cartomizers (which come with the kit)
5 Wow Blank Cartomizers (ordered separately)
and of course a Shorty auto bat and a PCC.
I was pretty impressed with shipping. I live in PA and ordered it on a Thursday night. It traveled from Illinois to my mailbox in Central PA by Monday.
Everything was kosher except...
My blank cartomizers were out of the color I ordered and they sent me different colors. Not a big deal to me.
My Pineapple cartomizers were all dried up and none of them worked. Thankfully they sent me some free samples.
Needless to say I didn't complain and simply placed another order except in the order notes I wrote about the stuff that was unsatisfactory and said I want some "extra extras" with this order haha.
I ordered around $90 worth of stuff this time including:
1 standard manual bat
1 box black blank wow cartomizers
1 box sample colored blank cartomizers
1 30ml bottle of Peppermint Wow (11mg)
1 30ml bottle of Camel Wow (11mg)<---tastes just like a camel...i smoked marlboros don't know why i ordered this but i did haha...but it's very exact. (would like to sell or trade btw...)
1 30 ml bottle Irish Cream Nobacco (11mg) <---up for sale or trade it tastes like liquor...again don't know why i thought it would be different...don't know why i ordered it...
1 30 ml bottle Fruit Punch Wow (11mg) <----tastes like those red Hugs that you get filled with cheap juice...interestingly enough i like it think i'll keep it.
And i believe that's it...
My order apparently got passed over to Chad who I believe is in charge of customer service and this is what he did to make things right.
He sent me a FREE 5 pack of Wow Blank cartomizers
He sent me a FREE standard manual bat
and he Gave me these free sample carts in 11 mg: RY4 (tastes a bit like soy sauce)
Pear (excellent light flavor very accurate to a green pear) Raspberry (I Really like this one although it's a little artificial in flavor but HUGE VAPOR and very tasty!) and I believe French Pipe (don't know if it tastes like a french pipe haha but it's interesting.)
So...to summarize my experience with V4L:
1.) Excellent customer service. Above and beyond.
2.) Excellent product! Definitely get the standard sized bat over the shorty...and get a manual. More vapor, more battery life...not much longer...
3.) Juices for me are hit or miss however they pay great attention to detail. My palette just differs from others.
Thank you so much Vapor4Life and especially Chad...you guys rock...will be ordering from you guys again that's for sure...you got a loyal customer after you made things BETTER than right.
