Wow! I'm smilin'!
Even before I made a purchase Tim was patiently answering my noob questions and giving excellent advice. Great customer service even before I was a customer!
Ordered a 2 $99 kits (1 for me, 1 for the missus) and promptly received it 3 or 4 days later. I live in the boonies so this is great turn-around time. Several orders since have arrived in the same time frame, save one order on a Saturday that took 5 days to get here.
I ordered auto kits but manual batts were went instead. A replacement batch of batts were sent the same day I contacted support. In the meantime we figured out we liked the manual batts better than the auto batts, so we kept the manuals and just sent back to autos that were supposed to replace them. Received no flack over this.
On my last order I also received some extra prefilled sampler cartos to try. I know V4L is trying to increase sales, but I took this as a thoughtful gesture from a quality company, especially since I had expressed interest in trying out different flavors.
I cannot say enough about what a joy it is to deal with Vapor4Life.
