I haven't given them a review before, so I will start now after some great customer service.
I've had four orders from them. This last order I had ordered another eFest 18650 for use in my Vamo. I figured I have two slots in my charger, why not have two batteries?
Put in my order for some juice, a new Vivi Nova tank and another 18650. I received my package and realized they had sent me two 18350s instead of 1 18650. Since I lose crap all the time, I'd probably at some point lose one of them ane be SOL. I wrote them saying I had gotten the wrong item. They responded in like 2 hours, and at like 8:00 at night. They said to keep them and they'd send the correct one out today. And by noon today I had notification my correct battery was on the way. I would've been content sending the wrong ones back but they were nice enough to let me keep them.
They've always had good prices and fast shipping. And they are fellow Marylanders so I'm glad to support my neighbor (albeit in a completley different part of the state!). Thanks again Rick!
