Hi Rick,

Firstly Congrats on the new webstore. If I may, critique your new store:

1. The left side navigation, when clicked reveals the submenu and then jumps and reopens it again.

(Note to your programmer: This is because the main menu is a coded link and the javascript should unobrustively not follow the link, reloading the page unless javascript is disabled)

2. I am already registered customer at Atmos, why do I need to create a new account at this new store?

(Note to your programmer: Unify the database. This also makes for easier inventory management. What product gets displayed on which site can be controlled as an admin choice Atmos/VaporAlley/Both)

3. Search box is almost not visible

(Note to designer: May consider lightening the border a shade further)

Other than that your designer/developer has done a great job with the site.

Secondly, if I may comment on the available products

I do not see batteries yet for the starter kits you sell namely 501, Ego, 808, etc in the batteries section. I would like to know if you plan on stoking these.

Lastly, I do not see a link to Atmos on the site and although I have not looked at Atmos after the launch of your new site I am sure that the vice-versa is true too. Its not just for missed business opportunities but also for Search Engine Optimization benefits. And when you do link them please make sure to describe in brief what customers could expect to find on the sister site.

I have been jumping vendors for my hardware and juice requirements in order to get the level of customer service I recd. from you when I bought my copper. Now I dont need to... All my future business belongs to you.

I'm not sure on the database as the 2 sites are different set ups, but I'll (have him) try.
Yes, getting all those batts soon.
BTW: what browser are you using?
For example, in IE I can't get the top slider to work. It seems to be impossible to get everything perfect in ALL browsers.

I am using Chromium (The Chromium Projects) browser (essentially Google Chrome without Google's branding).

It is indeed, impossible to get it right in all browsers
