The first time I tried VaporAlley I was a little sceptical, being an international customer and all, not to mention that I had already faced a nightmare dealing with another vendor...
Rick proved me there was nothing to worry about!! Our communication was great and immediate, every question I had was answered thoroughly and I got all the info I was in need of.
Shipping was flawless - here is a company who can follow instructions and ship immediately and by the book!!
All items bought were great - not only that, but even when once a mistake was made, I was told to keep the wrong item and the new one came right away!!
Last but not least, I often get a follow up to check on my satisfaction. Isn't that great?
