I ordered the Boge LR carto steal (15 cartos for 19.95). In the order comments I requested the stainless steel cartos vs. the black ones. However, they mailed me the black ones. I immediately emailed them about the issue. Tim Campbell, the "Chief Beast" emailed me back about 30 minutes later apologizing for the mixup AND said he would mail out the 15 LR stainless steel ones, which he did immediately AND that I could keep the black ones. Needless to say, I am super pleased with the customer service from Tim and I'm sure that reflects on the entire staff at vaporbeast.

Please keep your black cartos and we will send your another order of stainless...no charge! Please let me know if that works for you. Again...we are here to make it right!
