Vaporbeast.com continues to amaze me on how to run a business in general. Not only do I always get my packages super fast here in Southern California, but the owner is very responsive to any questions that I have had.
Recently I was looking to get a Vamo for my girl and after looking through a few stores with shipping, charger and batteries vaporbeast was the cheapest. I received the Vamo and had some questions. I was asking my question Xmas eve and had a really prompt response which is outstanding. I then noticed a day later that there was an issue with the battery, I thought. I was sent an email to give the owner a call and he asked some questions to narrow it down if it was the battery(ies) or charger. I couldn't figure it out. So he sent me an upgraded charger and batteries for my trouble. Now the cool part is he included some nice extras as a thank you for my business. I just received the replacement parts today.
This takes me back to why I keep going to the same place for mods and clearomizers too. My very first order was for a lavatube and I had an LCD issue that was intermittent. He told me to send it back and replace it. I told him it was fine as it didn't affect the use of the lavatube. He insisted I return it as he didn't want me to have a faulty product. I know this sounds obvious, but a lot of online stores don't go above and beyond backing their products.
