I've been tossing around the idea of purchasing an APV for awhile. Constantly going back and forth in my mind with thoughts of, "Do I really need one" "Will this change my experiance" "Will it hold value to me" - things to that effect. Being the new vapor that I am, I sometimes have a hard time following all the terminology used within this world. Sometimes it can be very overwhelming. While I think I have a pretty good grasp on the concept of vaping, I still tend to get confused with the overwhelming amount of products out there.
Last night I was once again looking in to APV type mods. The Lavatube style devices seem to keep drawing me back. I have watched countless videos on this style of PV, and it seemed to be the next step I was looking for. But without fully understanding what I would be buying, I still couldn't pull the trigger.
I found myself reading some good reviews on some threads around here that praised the vender vaporbeast. I navigated over to their vender thread post, and did a little reading. The overall attitude from everyone on that thread seemed to be real friendly. I went ahead and posted on that same thread my interest in their "Vector" lavatube style mod. It used "Young Jane" technology apparently, and Pbusardo did a nice video comparison on it.. Alright.. Young Jane.. I'm yet again more confused hahaha. Who the heck is young jane!? hahaha
Anyways, after my late night post on the thread about it, I went to bed. I woke this morning sandy eyed, and stumbled over to my computer to see if any of my questions were answered. To my surprise, Tim (the owner of the site) replied saying these were all good questions, and that he would be willing to call me to discuss my options. That he would send me a PM. I navigate to my inbox, and there was the PM. I replied with my phone number, and within an hour received a call. We talked for a good 15mins when then he offered to take this conversation over to Skype where he could demonstrate the "Vector" mod, and a new mod called the "Versa" that he just put up on the site that morning. It was great to see them both side by side for a visual comparison.
After ending our Skype session, I loaded up his website, and ordered the Versa. This Mod looks absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to get it!
Tim went completely above and beyond what I accepted any vender would ever do. I didn't feel like I was being "pitched" to, and I certainly didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. He simply answered all my questions. There was even a point in our conversation where he stated "you might not even need one of these". I have limited experience with other venders. But from the ones I do, I have to say Tim at vaporbeasts exceeded every single one of them. I've asked questions to other venders before, and simply got a generic answer, or sometimes no response at all.
It doesn't take much to please me, and a simple forum response would have been more than enough. But going above and beyond as Tim did has without a doubt created a loyal customer
Pristine experience!
