So I ordered some goods from vaporbeast a week or so ago and had a (small) problem with some of the goods. A slight problem that didn't warrant returning anything but I wanted them (Tim & Sue) to be aware of what I was experiencing. Tim emailed me back very quickly and said to remind him on my next order and he would make it up to me. OK, two days later, on a Friday, I realized that I could really use 1 or 2 cartos for my DCT tank before going on a trip Monday night, so I emailed Tim hoping that maybe he could make it up to my by shipping my order Priority Mail, so I'd get it before my trip. He said not to worry about placing an order, he'd send me what I needed Priority Mail, well, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday came and went-nothing, so I shot off a "not so pleasant" email, not too rude but wondering what the h#ll happened? Tim personally called me that evening, explained that somehow it didn't get shipped, and then sent it out priority mail. I received the package today, 6 brand new smoktech cartos AND an extra dct tank, all complimentary. They've won me over, their Customer Service is top-notch, period. VaporBeast is one of the best out there folks!
