I ran into a glitch on vaporbeast's web site, and sent an email to their customer service. A few minutes later, the owner, Tim Campbell, called me to discuss it.
He was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, promised that the glitch would be fixed in half an hour, and spent some time discussing gear and whatnot with me.
Whenever a business owner takes time out of their busy day to talk to someone, I'm impressed. I know they've received some pretty terrific reviews before, but let me add mine to the list. I couldn't ask for better customer service, unless they were offering foot rubs with every order. (I'll settle for the free shipping, though!)
Tim struck me as a really good guy, and I'm rooting for him. And he earned some serious customer loyalty from me.
