Vaporbeast's attention to customer's is outstanding!!

Ordered some batteries from vaporbeast.
I had some concerns about one battery, so I sent Tim an email.
He responded immediately, and called me on the phone.
He's sending me a new battery first thing in the morning, even though the warranty was expired by a week or two.
Outstanding service!
