all would be good Ace if the VB fanclub had not jumped to conclusions with next to no facts of the situation.

Life is too short, its been 6 weeks, endless emails sent and to be honest I have my refund and have lost interest in trying to convey the facts.

People will believe what they want to believe and thats cool with me.

why the deleted posts hdpjr68 ???

all emails still available to be sent including date and time stamps

Some how i think this fiasco is just that, a fiasco !

Bottom line you were issued a refund of over $100.00, even though we and all other suppliers have a policly with international orders. Ours is clearly stated on our web site. The USPS will do nothing on international mail for 45 days. VaporBomb gave a refund and after you received your refund you posted on ECF. Again you were given a refund against a stated policy.

The Statement "I am in the process of sending all correspondence to my banks fraud department in the hope of recovering the money." This is not a review but an accusation. This statement was made after customer had received refund.

if you read the OP - Chris just wanted to "SHARE" his experience with VB
It's his experience, his opinion and he's entitled to it
The fact the VB processed the refund only after his post makes you think ....why did they do it ?? If you have a policy on your site you should not give a refund ! if you wanted to refund you should have done it before his post, not after ...
Anyway, this is something between the buyer and the supplier - fan club should stay out of it ...... but hey, this IS a fan club forum ... negative reviews will be severely attacked ...
I did bought in the past from VB and even the customer service was good I found the quality of their juices are not to my liking - posted a review and fan club jumped at me.... :p:p ...whatever ...
Same with other suppliers ...
So, end of story .. I'll never put another negative review on this forum - make life easier

I have never ordered from VB but I do applaude any vendor that steps up out of their "policy" and issues a refund. That to me is what good customer service is. I work in "customer service" and when I decide to read a negative post, I go into with an open mind, and mainly just to see how the situation is handled. I think this vendor stepped up to the plate and handled this well.

The original poster can't possibly believe that VaporBomb is at fault if a shipment is held in customs, or lost, or delayed by the postal service in the United States or the UK? And if they ignored your e-mails, how did they convey "empty promises" to you? By carrier pigeon? And how do you have so many e-mails to offer to others if they weren't communicating with you? You are an adult, and surely you realize that international shipments might go missing?

And as far as posting your experience, post it regarding the mailing services, not the vendor who sent the items. Now will you return and let us know if and when the shipment or two shipments arrive? And surely you will then pay VaporBomb for the product? You should have been posting a positive review, that you received a refund when they clearly state they don't issue refunds for international shipments.

This is exactly why I no longer ship ANYTHING internationally.
