Hey all;
I've been meaning to do a review on this juice for a couple weeks now, however school/training/all other aspects of life have been a bit in the way. Regardless, I just sat down at my chair not too long ago and decided to grab my carto with the last of my Hypnotic Mist...and it hit me. Gotta get off my rear and throw up a proper review.
Prerequisite information: juice is 80%PG/20%VG@24mg, medium darkness in color, and has VaporBomb's trademark viscosity as per everything else I've ever ordered from them. For testing, I used this juice in both a V4L CoolCart and a 510 standard (Boge) carto, each brand-new and untainted by any other flavoring agents. These cartos were hooked up to standard 3.7V e-cig batts, both of which are probably right in the middle of their lifespans.
Flavor (A+): It's called "Hypnotic Mist", but I can't help but wonder...What is Hypnotic Mist supposed to taste like? I don't know...But I love it!! It has a slight sweetness to it, only sweet enough to add to the flavor. As for what the flavor is, imagine this: we all know what those really yummy-smelling "ocean breeze" incense sticks smell like, right? Well, imagine being able to taste that as a flavor, slightly sweet, and very satisfying. That's the best way I can think of to put it.
Throat Hit (B/B+): The throat hit on this juice is very acceptable. Not the "WHOA" that comes from cinnamon-based stuff or a good menthol, but definitely above-average. Something I've recently figured out is the flavoring agents seem to play a HUGE part in TH regardless of nic content, and this is very different from one juice to another regardless of who makes it. As for all the different manufacturers' juices I've tried, I have to say that the TH is at least par with all the other big names. As for all of the VB juices I've tried to date, I believe this has the 3rd best TH of all the juice I've tried from VB, third only to Green Apple (2nd) and CinnaBomb (1st and a half!).
Vapor (A): It's an 80/20 mix, and the vapor produced by this stuff when ran on a standard e-cig device is exactly what it should be. Definitely enough vapor to satisfy our desire to "see it come out", but doesn't hang in the air as long as VG-heavy juices normally do.
Interesting/odd fact about this juice: The *first thing* you will notice about this juice is the smell that you get when you twist the cap off: it has this earthy, medicinal smell to it. That said, this stuff tastes *completely different* when vaped than what it smells like in liquid form. Most juice I've tried, what you smell's what you're gonna taste. Totally not the case with Hypnotic Mist. I thought that was really cool, anyhow.
Hope this helps everyone out!! Happy Vaping!!
