For the second time in a row they send my order out incomplete. Last time they neglected to send 2 of the flavorings I ordered, this time it's 4 flavorings. I'm frustrated because I love their products but this can't go on. Why is no one at Vaporbomb checking to make sure that everything on the invoice is included in the shipment?

UPDATE: I received a call from Vaporbomb this morning. They are immediately sending out the missing flavorings PLUS issuing a refund for my entire order. I told them the refund is totally unnecessary but they insisted. They are also reviewing their shipping procedure because I am not the only one this has happened to. Can't complain about that kind of customer service!

Update #3. I did receive the refund but no shipment. I feel satisfied that VB has gone above and beyond to make this right, however, since they promised to ship the missing items along with issuing the refund I sent an email inquiring about it. In response, I received a phone call from VB yesterday afternoon. They did send out the shipment, a duplicate of my entire order even though I'd already received part of it, but apparently the post office lost it. There was no tracking info.

Harry offered to once again resend the order, this time overnight FED-X to be delivered on Sunday. I told him absolutely not! It was a small order and not worth spending that much to get it shipped. We agreed to wait and see if the package was delivered in today's mail (it wasn't). I'm hopeful that it will come next week.

BTW, VaporBomb is now short one employee in the shipping department if anyone in Ohio is looking for a job.
