These adapters are available at a few vendors now. I picked one up and should have it in a few days. I'll let you all know how well it works.
Joye eCab 510 adaptor Valley Vapor

I've got one coming in in another week or two as well, so thankfully I'll be able to test with some proper cartos/clearos. :)

I got the adapter on friday, and finally got my 2.2ohm ce2 style clearos today. The adapter seems to work just fine and so do the clearos! This eCab battery seems fine with this setup and I'm getting more vapor than the stock tank (and better taste). It's nice to have the options now! For only a few dollars for the adapter it's a must buy for all eCab owners. Good luck with yours!

Thanks! Mine is in the mail right now so I'm looking forward to trying the eCab with some LR Boges when it arrives. I just got an eGo Mini as well, and it works well with them, so I expect the eCab should be on par with that.

Let me know how that works out for you. I've heard good about the Boge cartomizers. Where can I pick some up?

Also, I should point out while I get more vapor and flavor it doesn't seem as harsh as the stock tank with the clearos.

Boges have been through months of poor quality control -- as far back as last March and April tons of us were discovering that Boge cartos were really not performing the way they should. Lasting a day, or tasting burnt right out of the box, or not absorbing liquid properly, or flooding. Boge didn't admit much but they did say they had some staff turnover and had a different supplier for the "condoms" for a while (but have since reverted back to the original supplier)

They seem to have gotten much better of late though -- at least, the latest pack I just received a couple of days ago seems to be performing like it should, so it looks like good ones have been trickling down the pipes, so maybe we're starting to see the end of "Bogegate." Let's hope, because they were my main carto 'til all of this, then I switched to Ikenvape Fusion 801s which were awesome, but supply is thin on the ground so they're hard to get in quantity right now. (Probably also because of Bogegate.)
At any rate, you can probably get Boge cartos just about anywhere, but the best deals to be had on them are from Surevapes and CCV.

I've been vaping for over 3 years, and this has become one of my favorite devices. Like most of you, I started with the 808s and 510s, and moved up to "better" devices like a super-T P16 and silver bullet. I've been using the ecab for about 2 weeks now. I liked it so much I ordered a silver battery tube and atty housing assembly, so I have 2 ecabs now. When I leave the house, or go to work, the ecab is what comes with me.

I used an ego device for a long time too. when the original tank system came out, I thought it was going to be amazing. As most of you know, it became a nightmare, attys blew and clogged, and were expensive. When I saw the Ego-C system, I didn't give it a second look. I saw some reviews of the ecab, and then looked more closely at the C system. I wanted a better small device, so I took a chance on it, and I'm glad I did. It looks and feels REALLY nice. Better yet, It has yet to leak on me, I get PLENTY of flavor, and the vapor production...for such a small device this thing really impresses me.

One thing I must mention though is I still have not taken the plunge on variable voltage. Even on low rez stuff, I blow through juice like crazy at standard voltage. So I have gotten used to staying at 2.2 ohms, and I like it a lot. So if you constantly vape at higher voltages, you should already know this isnt the device for you. I also prefer pure PG juices. VG is too thick for any tank style atty, and this is no different. These atties are easy to dry burn, and don't let people tell you that you should pull the spike assembly off---completely unneccesary. Pulse it a few times until it glows but stops sizzleing. Rinse it out, and set it out to dry. Drip some juice in once dried, pop in a cart, and off you go.

To be honest, I think the ecab is what we all wished the 510 was years ago. I feel it is a significant product in vaping, because it's desgin is far less intimidating to noobs, it honestly feels like a manual button 510 with twice the battery life. And it is extremely hassle free. I still use cartos, but I haven't since I got this thing (except to try the 510 adapter I got with it--works perfect). Got ego-c assemblies for my other devices as well because this system really does work for someone like me. If you're in the market for something small like you started on, something easy to take out and about, I don't think you'd be dissappointed. But PG juice is going to be a factor.

And seriously joyetech....THIS device is BEGGING for a nice PCC. I haven't used a PCC in years, but I would with this thing.

Glad you're enjoying it, Stark! For me, it wasn't quite hitting the spot -- but the usual mantra applies here: Everyone's different, your mileage may vary. I started off with regular eGos and the good ol' cartridge/atty system, but over the past 2+ years that I've been vaping I've really just been drawn to cartos for the convenience and consistency (well, generally speaking and current QC issues with Boge and SmokTech notwithstanding). Very few tank systems have impressed me enough to start using them. The closest I've come to really liking a tank system was the 510 Torch system with high performance Mad Max tank atomizer from Electro Vapors. Small tank, granted, it's just a 510 system, but it seemed to produce the best vapor, throat hit and flavour of all the tank systems I've tried. It was still attenuated compared to a carto or clearo but it's the closest I've seen a tank atty come to rivalling other methods.

Still, the eCab does better than most tanks and does seem to wick very well indeed -- better than the eGo-C and original eGo-T even with a 70/30 juice, which was my big beef with older tank systems (apart from lack of flavour). Plus it's small, and has a changeable battery, which is a great feature that I hope Joyetech continues to follow with future models. (Well, except 510s, that's impractical. I'll be taking a look at their new eRoll kit soon though so we'll see how that fares.)

But as I say, if it's working for you, all power to you. That's what it's all about. You don't need bigger or more powerful or whatever if a small device is really ticking your boxes -- and I do like small devices and find they have their place in my vaping arsenal, and they do get used.
