They went above and beyond in getting my order to me. When Canada Post hadn't delivered my order when they were supposed to, Mike and his team overnighted me a replacement package at no charge. Where many companies would have just fobbed it off and told me there's nothing they could do, VaporEngine stepped up and made sure I was a satisfied customer.
