The customer service for this shop could use some help. Ive been there a handful of times now and it takes forever to get anyone to help you. When you finally do they don't take the time to help you unless you say straight to there face I need help with one of your products. I will say though I have bought a couple of there liquinators from them and that is probably the only thing that I will buy from them. I get the vibe from the shop that they think they are all that and a bag of chips, but I have been to other shops in the DFW area and they are a far better welcoming environment.

I'd like to take a moment to state that Vaporescence is listed as an "Idle Supplier" here on ECF meaning they have not been active here in quite some time. As such you won't receive a response from them in this forum. But I'll leave the review so that others can see your experience.
