I recently cracked the tank on my liquinator so I needed to replace it. I got on the Vaporescence website, but since I don't have IE it wouldn't let me navigate it. I called them. Explained my inability to use the site to them, and that I needed to order a new poly sleeve and some o-rings, as mine were worn out. The lady I spoke to on the the phone asked me my particulars, and said that it was free of charge. Just like that! Three days later I have a functional liquinator again. I have read on this forum that many of you have not had good service from them in the past, but I can say without hesitation, that the service I received from Vaporescence was top notch; above and beyond my wildest expectations. Thank you Vaporescence for top notch service! I'll definitely be back!!!
