I just received my Armor Pro today. Put in fresh batteries (correctly), screen remains blank. 5 clicks.....nothing. Tried several times.

I saw several comments on youtube with other users having issues. Some were related and some were slightly different where the mod registered but the +/- and mode buttons malfunctioned.

I know vaporesso makes good products and am surprised and disappointed. I just messaged them on their website and hope to get a reply soon.

Update: I contacted Vaporesso and a new one is on the way. You have to jump through hoops to prove the malfunction but worth the effort. You do NOT have to return the defective one. The customer service was professional and helpful with instructions. For anyone having similar issues, here is what's required of you.

1. Make a short video showing the malfunction. I used the webcam on my laptop. No matter how you record and send, make sure they can view it.

2. Take pix of all 6 sides of the box so they can read any lettering. Take a pic of the product and everything that came in the box.

3. Fill out the form they send you and return it in a format they request. Nothing unusual.

I decided to go this route so I wouldn't have to repackage and send back to the vendor located in China. That vendor would have asked me to produce similar evidence anyway.
