Hi there i have purchased a nebula recently along with 18650 batteries so my question is with this mod i use an aspire cleito with ss316L coils wattage range (55w-65w) i recently broke my eleaf istick power which i used the same coil and tank and around 62w of power which produced alot of vape but with this mod it literally halves my wattage i know it can be due to the battery which is why im uploading a picture but its a 9900mAh 18650 GTF battery can anyone help me?

Kind regards

Jay

OMG, DO NOT use that battery for vaping, period.

Please go to the battery sub-forum in the mod forum and do some battery research.

You should get something along the lines of a Sony VTC5a, Samsung 25R, LG HG2, etc and buy them from a reputable retailer.

The battery you have is meant for a low current application such as a flashlight. There is no such thing as a 9900mah high current battery.

That is a terrible battery choice for vaping and surely part of the problem here. Not to mention, a very unsafe battery choice. That battery is not capable of providing the high current needs for a vape device.

Honestly, vape shops are only one step up from "a friend." Vape stores are as likely (knowingly or unknowingly) to sell rewraps and sell them as authentics. The only way to know for sure is by buying from a trusted authentic vendor. The good news is it only takes a couple days, usually, and batteries are often less expensive. I use IMRbatteries.com and recommend them as a good vendor. You also need to know, for yourself, what TYPE of battery you need, one that can offer higher wattage ranges, and one that produces less overall power and longer run time, based on your vaping style.. I am going to link a couple battery blogs on ECF, and Mooch's blog has a table where he has tested the actual ratings of authentic batteries, and how they perform. In the last cell of the table, you will find a list of "trusted" vendors. Use those vendors. Batteries may well be inexpensive, they are also the ONE think you can't skimp on.

You should get a couple of 26650 Batteries and an external charger for them. My Nebula is working great with an Estoc tank and EUC ceramic coils. It's a solid performer so far. I wouldn't try hooking up that car battery again.
Hey thanks for the setup idea, I recently bought 2 Samsung 30Q batteries for the moment along with an X-tar M1 battery charger see I now use a aspire cleito EXO tank but not with there coils in stead I use original cleito coils as they did a style made from stainless steel and it provides such a better flavour and amount of vape and with runs between 55-65w at 0.4 Ohms for me they last 8-9 days and that’s vaping a lot a day plus as there smaller gives me extra room for liquid in the tank.

Can you recommend some 26650 batteries for me to check out.
