Vaporesso xtra new vapor smoker

New to vaping. My son gave me an vaporesso xtra and I was LOVING IT all of a sudden it won't smoke now??? When I put the charge on it's red for like 2sec then goes green if I got from it the color is red but when I stop it's green??? Any suggestions??? I was starting to really like this instead of cigarettes with ALL the COOL FLAVORS!!! PLEASE HELP THIS NEWBEEE MOM TO FIX THIS IF I CAN.

Welcome aboard - sorry I can't help as I've never used any of vaporesso's equipment, but I'm sure someone with experience will be along shortly to help.

I don't own one, but it sounds like the battery or the charging system is shot. You might want to post this in the vaporesso section to see if anyone can help there.

If the system is relatively new, you should see if you can get it exchanged for another wherever your son bought it. If it's an old unit he gave you, then you may have to look into buying a new one. They aren't that expensive when you consider how much cigarettes costs.

Well that's a good thing - you already enjoy vaping over smoking. I hope you find a solution to your problem. Worse comes to worse you'll have to buy a new system, but that's better than cigarettes.

I don't own this device but seems like a battery or chip problem and usually can't be fixed.

If I was you I would try another charger and cable since it's just a normal smartphone charger in case this is the problem also I would ofc try turn it off and then on....and I would try remove the mouthpiece pod and clean with alcohol the contacts in case they have any juice or dirt on them to make sure they are dry...
It should blink 3 times when u plug the charger and then slowly blink like pulse until it's fully charged and stay green...that's the normal operation...

If nothing like that works it's time to get a new one I guess...if it's new it may be on warranty

I haven't used the xtra but I can recommend the Vaporesso XROS. One of the best pod devices imo. Are you using the charger that came with the xtra?

Welcome Newbie Mom, you have come to the right place. Also, I'm happy that you were able to convert over from cigarettes.

If I'm reading your description of the problem right, after leaving the pod on long enough to charge (probably 30-40 min.), and then taking it off to use it - the light goes red when activating the pod for use, and then returns back to green when you stop activating it?
