The guy who developed and maintains this site is a member here at ECF, too. He started a thread a little over a month ago asking for our input into this venture. I can't for the life of me remember his username but I did help him test it.

I figured he'd have to be a member here at ECF but when I searched for vaporfox on the forums, nothing came up. Good to know it's still around and going strong.

While I was making the first post, I went searching for the thread and came up empty handed, too. I must have sent him a PM and then deleted all correspondence. He is a super nice guy and he so wanted to get it right for everyone.

Thank you all for your kind messages about my project, VaporFox!

I am constantly working on improving the technology that makes up the web site, which is why it is still in "beta" status, and why I have not officially announced it.

Currently, user accounts are under development - accounts will allow users to track their favorite products and stores, review products and suppliers, receive updates on tagged products, create shopping lists and more.

I really do want the site to be a great resource for both consumers and suppliers, and am working hard to make it just that. I appreciate everyone's kind comments, and their understanding that the site is not presented as "complete", but as a work in progress. I have received many great suggestions and am looking forward to implementing many of them.
