Hi Travis -- I got my Riva today!! Thanks so much for the LR atty and little sample of Halo Freedom! Using the Riva with the LR atty and dripping the Freedom with my gold tone drip tip...it just doesn't get any better! And what a Hawt lookin e-cig

CJsKee, glad you like your Riva and are enjoying the LR 510 atty. Those things really do make a HUGE difference in 3.7v vaping. I am using them personally right now as well and absolutely loving them.
Everyone including myself is surprised in the size of the Riva. However atleast for me it was a nice surprise to get such a good vape from such a small unit.

We are going to try and run that special again. However at this point it is yet to be determined if it will be the 10% off for ECF members, 15% for a Grand Opening part 2 as suggested, or if will be able to extend the original 20%.

We want to grow our online community as a family, getting to know each other along the way. Let's get to know one another on a more personal level.
Anyways, it's after 3 am. I have been answering emails all night and at this point for those that know me from VaporGroup IRC I am a couple glasses of Scotch into the night lol. Gonna go get some rest and I will continue answering all these emails first thing in the morning.
And just a side note to all our customers so far. We have been answering emails within minutes when possible. However I do help coach my sons baseball team (He's 9) and game days are Tuesdays and Thursdays so there will be a delay in communication from the hours of 4-9 pm EST. Hope everyone understands.

Long story - short version:
- Placed an order late Friday (#16), and it arrived at noon on Monday.
- Started checking all hardware for DOA (noting extra Halo sample & LR atty
) - Took a test vape on the indulgence, only to find that it was "always on." Quickly took off the atty, checked/double-checked everything to make sure I wasn't the cause, and it still won't shut off. (did online info searches as well)
- Started to write a "ticket", then remembered the receipt phone number and called direct (roughly 2 pm AZ)
- Described the "always on" situation, and the steps I had taken to correct it to "T", who then basically said; "Currently out of stock, would you prefer a refund, or a re-send when they come in?"
- About 0.038013 seconds later, I opted for the re-send when back in stock, and coordinated with "T" to finish sending in the ticket for the paper trail
- I am then told I can hang on to the one I have for parts, instead of having to send it back
Yeah, you read that right - 2:25pm - "T" called back (I missed it), and emailed that he had located a unit that couldn't be sold due to "gift box" damage, and would that be OK with me
- 3:05pm - I see the email and give a big
- 4:00pm - Get a "Thanks for your patience, I'll get it out in the morning" email. (Patience? You've only been aware of this for about 2 hours, and I'm the one missing calls and emails!)
- 5:30pm - get a shipping tracking number

I luckily got in on the grand opening sale and bought an Indulgence. Very nicely made and surprisingly light. Makes my DSE905 "screwdriver" feel like a ton of bricks
Small too. Fits very nice in the hand. And that smokey grey color they call Titanium is really sharp looking.
Re: The price of Halo. I think the OP with that comment was saying "why are you asking 24.95 for 30ml of juice when its so easy to find juice elsewhere for only 15 bucks" or whatever low price he used. I'm sure he had no idea how expensive Halo liquids are and that 24.95 (and then the 20% coupon) was a very good deal indeed.

I think your talking about dekang juices for 12.95 which is totally different.
DeXTeR sells halo not dekang.
Halo is a higher quality nice flavor. at 3-6v that I have tried.
Some of the halo I cant stand as its very close to a light cigar.
but the ice is very yummy... I like it.
Freedom is good also.

Thanks for the compliments guy's. We are trying to stay on top of everything while still filling orders, adding product, dealing with the manufacturers, etc. So far we are holding our own.
I have had so many people calling and emailing me "complaining" (pay attention here) about me sending them the Halo samples lol. After they get through saying shame on me and that I'm evil they place their order for Halo lol. Anyways the purpose of me telling you all that is this. The conversation always ends up with them asking what is my favorites etc.
I personally vape the Halo Menthol ICE straight and the Bella Valencia straight. Those are my 2 favorite. With that said my personal favorite is a 1/5 ratio of the two.
I use a 6 ML bottle and add 5 ML Menthol ICE and 1 ML Bella Valencia. Shake well, let it sit for 24 hours, vape away.
And we are starting to stock the 15 ML bottles in various flavors as well. We will eventually stock them all in 15 ML but we keep having to restock on Torque 56 and Menthol ICE so I can only add 1 or 2 flavors to each order in the smaller bottles.
For those that did not opt into our newsletter. Smooth 8 has been added to our line and Torque is now back in stock but selling out fast. Menthol ICE WAS back in stock but already down to 1 bottle of it left.
Time to place another order lol.
Just mixed a batch. I think I'm in love all over again...Now to see if I can wait close to 24 hours...
