Vaporkick issues?

i ordered from vaporkick.com last saturday and it said my order was shipped monday. its still at shipping label created after a week. ive tried contacting them via email facebook and calling and they answered none of them on a daily basis. anyone else have issues with them? will i ever get my order?

It took about 2 weeks for my buddy and I to get our two 120ml bottles. I was fortunate not to be in a rush, because when it did come, I realized it needs a while to steep. I got the Unicorn Tears. He got the sour melon and it, too, needs some steep time.
