I am very disappointed in Vaporkings.. I have used Vaporkings many times before to order various items such as Juices, Attys, Parts, etc..

Well i decided that i wanted to invest in a KICK for my Silverbullet. Since AltSmoke was OOS i decided to order my SB extension from Altsmoke and i found the Vaporkings had the KICK in stock. So i placed my order as usual, signed into my account since i have used VK many times before.

Well order was placed and shipped on April 15th. I usually go with priority mail because i want my items fast. Well since i was only ordering the KICK i figure i would just go with there 1st class.. Well long story shirt, The tracking/label number shoes it being shipped and showed a schedule delivery date for April 18th.. Come the 18th? Nothing.. I continued to check my mailbox several times a day that weekend and all of this week.. and still, Nothing?

I check the label number on USPS site and it still shows it sitting at Tulsa, OK? The status has not changed since the 15th? I contacted VK yesterday and all they told me was that i can contact USPS to see where the package is. Well i did that and of course USPS just said, " We have the same info that you have".. Ok, So i contacted VK again today and got a reply saying there is nothing they can do for missing packages and that i should have purchased insurance...

WOW? Ok? I hop on there site and sure enough it states they are not responsable for any lost or stolen packages and that you should purchase insurance 3.99?

Yeah, I admit i should have read the fine lines before i placed my order.. but as i said, I ordered from them MANY times before and never had a issue and i assumed that ( like most online sellers ) that if a package shows it never arrived that they would help with the problem or send out a replacement... Well not the case here! So pretty much i spent 50.00 for nothing?

Just BEWARE everyone that if you order from VK that you better add on the insurance because if your package never makes it, Your screwed..

If you ask me, thats ridiculous.. I could MAYBE understand if the tracking said "delivered" and someone complained about never receiving the package ( because there are people out there who like to claim they never got something when in fact they did ) but the fact it shows that it is STILL sitting in the same STATE that it was shipped from? The same CITY they have a retail store in? Come on! Are you serious?

I guess i learned my lesson and i will NEVER order from VK again or recommend them to any of my friends for that matter.

It never even leaves the city it was sent from yet i am the one who ends up paying 50.00 for a item that never left?? Lovely..

Your issue is with the USPS, not us. We did our part. You declined the insurance and now you're mad because we won't re-ship your order on our dime.

The package DID leave our local city as shown in this tracking info update:

Ok so what your saying is that EVERYONE should spring for the over-priced insurance off 3.99 that you offer? Even though insurance ( on a 49.00 Kick that i purchased ) costs only 1.45?

So if someone wanted to say, order a simple bottle of juice for say, 5.00 and shipping was say, 2.50, then they SHOULD pay an extra 3.99 just to make sure that 5 dollar bottle of juice gets there? Even though insurance on that 5.00 bottle of juice really only costs, what? .50?

So from now on, Whoever buys from VK should just automatically add on a extra 3.99 to the shipping? So that they can receive there item?

You can plainly see the package is lost, can you not? The fact that you point the finger at someone else really doesn't say much about you as a business.. I thought companies/stores/retailers actually WORKED with the customer or attempted to try and fix the issue? So that they can improve there business/customer service and customers? I guess that isn't the case with Vaporkings? Just point the finger at someone else and move along to the next customer?

Out of all the venders i have bought from ( mainly all active venders on this site ) whenever there was a problem/defect/issue/missing item, They ALWAYS took care of there customer..

Thanks for taking care of me by shoving me off onto USPS.

Enjoy your day!

Mark,

The bottom line is that you had a choice to select the insurance or not. Our terms were clearly stated right underneath the PLACE ORDER button. If you don't purchase insurance, we will not replace lost items. Regardless if we charge $0.50 or $15.99 for insurance, you chose to not purchase it and your package was lost. Now you are mad at us because we won't bend over and replace your lost items.

I'm pointing the finger at the party responsible, the US Postal Service. Why are you pointing your finger at us? We processed your order and shipped it as promised. I understand you're upset but you aren't taking any consideration of our standpoint.

If I buy a TV at WalMart and it is stolen out of my car, I'm not going to march into WalMart demanding a replacement TV. I order online quite often and I would never even consider asking a vendor to replace something that was lost because of matters out of their control.

I am very sorry that this isn't being handled the way you wish but I'm finished arguing with you about this.

Rob
