Hey there...This is how my experience with VaporKings went down..
Placed an order for some cartos on 8/11 a little after midnight
realized an hour later I wanted additional stuff from VaporKings so sent an email asking to add to order..so that was at 1AM
Got an email from Rob a little after 7AM (damn thats early) telling me to place a separate order and he gave me a coupon code so that I wasn't charged shipping 2X..
Emailed back and forth with Rob a few times with questions..He always got back to me right away and had honest answers for my questions....
Rob also gave me a link to his blog that had a post on how to refill the cartos. It was the EASIEST howto I had seen...He even told me which of the two ways he preferred to refill them and offered to help if I got confused
Got an email at a little before 10 AM on 8/11 that my order was shipped...That is only 10 hours after I had placed the first order and 9 hours after the second addition to it
My wife texted me and told me that the package arrived in Oregon from Oklahoma on Friday morning around 10AM..
So to sum it all up....
Awesome service from VaporKings...Rob was incredibly helpful and personable..Order processing and fulfillment was lightning quick....and finally shipping only took 2 days for the order to show up at my door step..Everything was included in the order correctly and exactly as described on the web site...
I am a happy camper..
