I just wanted to share a recent experience that I had with VaporKings. I just got my very first kit from them on Monday (a DSE 901). Shipping was very fast, and reasonably priced. However, there was a problem with the kit. The charger and/or batteries do not work. "Wow, what a disappointment with my first kit," I thought to myself. I opened a trouble ticket on their website, and explained the problem. Rob got back to me within about 30 minutes! I spoke with Rob on the phone as well, just to make sure that I thoroughly explained the problem. We decided that it is hard to say whether or not the problem is the charger or the batteries, so Rob is sending me replacements for both. There were no hassles, and he offered this solution before I even explained the full problem (I mean, virtually no questions asked).

Rob, you rock! Thank you for making this potentially bad shopping experience, a surprisingly excellent one. I highly recommend VaporKings!
