Now the Warranty Does Not support things like juice and cartomizers for obvious reasons... But we do stand behind our 510, Vapormaxx, and eGo products and have a non hassle return policy. Its simple, If your battery or atomizer stops working due to manufacturing faults or simply because of age. Contact us and send it back for a new one! Or simply stop by our shop for a trade!

How to void the warranty:
*Fraud: Vapormaxx has a hidden marking on all of our products... "Where is it?" well telling you that would void the point of it being hidden. That marking lets us know it came from our shop and lets us support our warranty. We have gotten several dishonest people in the past try to return things to us that we didn't sell them. This sadly is a top way of voiding the warranty that you never had with us to begin with and may keep us from supporting the actual warranty that you have with another product of ours.
*Moding: Yessssssssss we know! you want to remove the bridge, you want to remove the wick, you want to mod your battery with glitter and gold. but sadly Moding is something that voids the warranty. Note: Age and scratches are not moding thats ok with us! But just be sure if you put on those nail stickers and stones that if you need to return it to us that they come off.

Whats Covered in the Warranty?
Batteries, Atomizers, PCCs, Cases and pretty much any sort of non-disposable hardware you buy from us. For obvious reasons we don't warranty juice or Cartomizers. If you are not sure if something is under warranty feel free to ask us!
