Well, another storm coming tonight. They've already asked my wife to come in tonight, to spend the night for work tomorrow. This time it's going to be worse... an ice storm, not snow. So Max will be home again tomorrow, I'm sure. I hope you all have a safe and great evening!

We're expecting 3" of snow tonight...that's not really a biggie, but the morning brings with it a temp of -5 degrees and a wind chill of -34 degrees...they've already started the school delay messages.
Well... we have a nice blanket of ice everywhere... school's closed, everything is closed! I can't go anywhere until the temp goes up a little. Be safe out there all!
I wish I still drank! I stopped when Max was born, 8 1/2 yrs ago. But I do have my hot chocolate, coffee, and tons of Blue Ray Movies to watch!
I tried to get to my shop this morning, and nothing but Ice everywhere... I'm waiting for Spring! LOL
If you got netflix I guarantee every man should watch the series on starz *on netflix* Spartacus, its in the 2nd season but damn good show
Yea, I know what you mean.... I have Netflix, but I also have an 8 year old here! I'm trying to get him dressed and ready to go into the shop. I can keep him busy there with wood projects! I really need to get work done today. I have so many orders to get out, but powder coating is kinda out of the question today with the weather. My guys already told me they are not coming in today. So, I have a lot of ST's here... not knowing their progress.
haha ok if the 8 year old is there DO NOT WATCH IT, too much lucy lawless without clothes in that show. But the weather effect the powder coating? I never would have guessed that.
When it's too wet outside, the powder doesn't flow evenly. I try to get the best finish on the Sabers as I possibly can. I'm a perfectionist... I can't help it!

I never woulda guessed that OR that she'd be in every episode without clothes I keep looking and saying..>THATS XENA! but theres a downside to the show too...too much man parts too but other than that its like the movie 300 on steroids.
I did want to ask, Could the sabers be refinished? I mean can colors be changed?
Once I powder coat, it's for good... Also, I can't bake the Sabers at 400f with the electronics in it. Sorry

no, I just got one off classifieds, first mod...I will more than likely end up getting a VV from you in the near future though. having to pay 500$ to md state taxes takes a big chunk out of ya

I did have a question and might as well get it from the Man in Charge, The saber *not the regulated* will allow the total power of the batteries. So even though I have the 3.7/6v with the right batteries am I able to get a 5v out of this instead? With a new idea to me so many questions come to my head.
With the 3.7v/6v.... you get the full strength of you batteries.... With the 5v Regulated, it will always be 5v until you need to charge your batts.
hehe I'll take that as a yes? I just have to search around see what batteries could make the 'original' have a 5v strength. Thanks Sir Lawrence, Glad my first mod was a saber
