Do you have the High Power option? If so, you need to use 3.2 ohm or higher cartos or atties.

What ohms were those cartomizers, if LR And Not dual coil they will blow. You need at least 2 .5 with the REGULAR Saber 5 volt or 3.0 ohm with the HP 5 volt Saber.
Well - bought the cartomizers on the classies too and theyre not labeled. Dunno. How can you tell if you have the High Power Option? The seller believes that it is and it seems to work ok - is there a sticker or something?
Do have to mention that this IS the first time I've been able to walk around the house w/o my PV in my hands - is a beautiful mod.
You should have 2 stickers on the inside of the Saber... 1 for the 5v regulated and 1 for the 5 Amp Edition. If it works well with the dual coils, then it most likely is the HP edition. If you have a multi meter, you can check your atomizers to see what Ohms they are.
Hmm. Ok - thanks so much for the advice. It's a beautiful mod and well made - glad that I finally have 1. There are 2 stickers inside so probably just used the wrong cartomizer.

Had to post a quick comment. I've been vaping for close to two months and my High Voltage 5v ST is my 6th attempt at finding the right equipment.
The touch feature is awesome and this morning I'm vaping some 12 mg Gorilla Juice w/ a Dual Core Carto. Finally found my sweet spot. LOVE, LOVE the Saber Touch.

Tried my attys on another mod tonight and it worked perfectly at 5v on a regulated GLV....and up to 6v on a VV!
