Now in regards to 510 cartomizers. Which Ohm ones should I get to go along with the Saber? Would like to try a DC and maybe a LR.
Most 510 carto's rated at 2.0 ohm would be perfect IMHO. Dual coils, try either 1.5 or 1.6 I myself have a DC 1.5 on my vv set at 4.2 volt's. You would get the same affect if using an AW IMR 18650 on your 3.7 Saber(these batteries put out 4.2, rather than 3.7) I myself recommend AW IMR's whenever LR's Atty's or Carto's are being used to get the proper performance from them. I have found that not enough power is just as bad as too much power on atty's and carto's, but thats just my own:2c:

And you still have your lungs m33pok:ohmy:..

:D:D:D
At 5v they rocks like heaven
At 6v they rocks like hell
i even tried it at 7.4v, after 5 vapes, i started to feel dizzy with just 6mg nic....lol
Now i prefer 3.7v with 9mg and that suits me very well :)

Hey tat, tried it at 7.4v and tell me how u feel :p

You mention the AW IMR 18650. What mAh would you recommend? I have been looking at batteries from Lighthound and I just want to make sure I get the correct one. Also, they don't appear to have a button top. Do I actually need a button top battery for these?

So here is what I got so far... LOL

6ml 1.5 ohm DC Tank
3.5ml 1.5 DC Tank
2 - 18650 UltraFire Protected 2400mAh batteries
AG-126 Li-ion Battery Charger
a few different drip tips

Now I just want to get some empty 510 cartomizers in case I don't want to use the tank. I want them in black and want to get them for both battery set-up. (This is when you tell me which one-LOL)

With what I got on order....am I pretty set???

Thanks!!

The only AW IMR 18650's I've tried are the 1600 mah and they work great!! They also just recently put out a 2000 mah, but I have yet to test them out(thier out of stock EVERYWHERE:facepalm:) As far as them having a button top, they do have one:thumbs: As far as if you need the button top, i couldn't be for certain(none of my sabers are 18650 to test one) Now to be honest with you, I don't really use any carto's(I'm a 901 atty kinda guy:laugh:) except for an Ikenvape 801 Fusion's(daily while at work). I do use other carto's on occasion, but not enough to give you a proper honest recomendation. I will say though that with what I have tried, NOTHING has compared to a Fusion. But you will need an adapter for them(510 to 801). Now with what ya got there, I'd sy your pretty well set but remember, only dual coils will fit into dual coil tanks(due to the length).

IMHO=In My Honest Opinion:)

If you go to lighthound.com you can find the AW batteries. I noticed that the AW IMR is an unprotected battery. According to SirLawrence he recommends using a protected battery. I found the protected AW 18650 3.7V batteries at 2200 mAh, 2600mAh, 2900mAh and 3100mAh and they all appear to be IN STOCK!!!

So if I understand this whole battery thing....the mAh just means how long the battery is going to last. If that is the case, then wouldn't it be better to just go with the highest mAh rating. In this case the 3100mAh?

I copied and pasted this for WolfmanWoo who posted this in the Saber Touch Groupies section. He seems to be a Happy Saber Touch owner from The Great White North.
He wasn't able to post it on my threads for some reason.

I love my Variable Voltage Sabre Touch. I have a Empire mod drip shield and Stainless Steel Cherry Vape Ming Drip Tip on my mod, it looks bad .... I have an aluminum MAP Tank on it and it looks awesome on it. I have a holster to carry it on my belt.

I was very happy with the service from Lawrence.

OKAY.....where did you get that holster?????????? I WANT ONE!!!

The AW IMR's are not "protected" but they are "safe chemistry" Most mod manufactures now recomend these whenever using LR atty's or carto's. The difference is that the IMR put's out steady, while as with the protected, you WILL notice voltage drop. Then the other reason they are good for LR use is that if you don't have enough power for that LR, you will decrease the life of it. I have tried PLENTY mods with plenty batteries and I will Honestly say that nothing makes a mod perform better than these:thumbs: I do have an AW 2600 mah protected, and have tested it against the IMR while useing a 1,5LR atty. And to be honest with you, I found that I had to charge up the 2600 mah over the 1600 mah IMR to get that first few puffs feeling. Now in regards to the mah being the how long the battery last's, you would be correct:)

The one on the link was a baton holster, I don't know why it don't take you straight to it anymore:confused: Now on my holster, it was custom made, you pick your holster style and he creates a holster that fits your mod:w00t: And he does have a regular Saber to use to make one up:thumbs: Here's the link to them SerenityGear Leather Now as far as ordering new vaping stuff goes, I've been vaping since july 2010 and I still can't stop ordering:facepalm:
