Vapors cough?

I smoked for 7 years and had a terrible smokers cough that resolved when I started vaping. Now that ice switched to Atlantis tanks the cough is back. It's starting to make me nervous. I'm definitely not sick. It's that mucous in your chest type cough and is exactly like a smokers cough. Has anyone else experienced this? I wonder why the nautilus didn't cause coughing, but the subohm tanks do( I've also tried the sub tanks). Thanks for the input!

What device? Wattage? Juice flavor, blend, nic level? It's highly possible your nic level is too high for a subohm tank like the atlantis. High PG juice might also be a factor.

I was using 12mg in the nautilus, so I dropped for 6mg for the Atlantis. I've vape multiple juices including jimmy the Juiceman,nicoticket,itc vapes ,tasty cloud etc. I'm using a Hanna clouper clone 30 watt box mod. Most are 50/50. The high VG doesn't seem to work well for me and the vape is too heavy.
