I'm there! Captain Jack is quite a good flavor IMO...
I got it at Reg strength and it really vaped well. It was not over-flavored... subtle flavors... great light tobacco flavor with something slightly exotic and familiar mixed in... good throat hit and excellent vapor.
I highly recommend the Capt. Jack... (80% PG) I think that someone who likes very flavorful e-liquid should order the flavor boost... as I said, the flavor was subtle... moreso than even BWB flavors...

Would you say the Captain Jack is sweet? Savory? RY4 like? Does it taste smoky at all? I don't like those tobacco flavors that taste smoky.

Its a sweet mild tobacco flavor. I don't think it has smoky flavor, at least not to me. Here is a link to a review on it. Vapenstein does a good job at describing it.
