I have been hearing good things about their Captain Jack and Vanilla tobacco so I decided to place an order late Friday night. I registered on their site but could not log in. Within 5 minutes I received an email telling me that I forgot to put an "m" on the end of my email when registering, (I typed yahoo.co instead of yahoo.com), and they fixed it! Wow.. that was at 11pm. I placed my order and had a response within 5 minutes telling me that my order would be shipped out first thing in the morning. A follow up email with a tracking number was sent on Saturday morning. I haven't tried their juices yet but if their customer service is a sign of things to come I may have a new favorite vendor.
