Vaporshark rdna 40 and herakles tank

So I just recently purchased a rdna40 b2 and a herakles tank using 0.2 coils. It's seems like it takes a while for it to heat up compared to when I put the tank on my ipv2 I only vape between 30-40 watts so I'm wondering if there is something wrong with my vaporshark? Please someone give me some input!! Thank you in advance .
