OKay, sorry if this in the wrong sections, but i thought it'd be helpful to newbies (like myself) to easily identify a good merchant. This is my first review of anything so bear with me. Been vaping and using ECF for about a month so I thought it was time to give back a little...

VaporWorld.biz

First found the site while looking on Pennyvaper.com, as suggested by an ECF member for a Zmax V5. They are based in Oklahoma and have three B&M stores there which boast 100% Made in USA eliquids as well as great deals on hardware/accessories. Found a great sale on the unit in question (Zmax V% ~$44.96) and decided to order.

Everything with ordering process is smooth.Pretty standard shoppin cart/check out procedure. Option to save billing and mailing address. When it comes to shipping there is only one option given which is 2-day priority shipping via USPS for $4.99. With orders over $75 dollars they provide free shipping which is always nice. Placed the order on Christmas Day.

Called customer service the next day both because I was interested in see how it was and curious to see what their holiday shipping schedule would be. Customer service was excellent, spoke with a guy who assured me my order would be processed that day!

A short time later, about 11am the next morning received an email from their sales department saying order was shipped with all my information and tracking number. Checked the "Order Status" page where all information was duplicated. By 8pm USPS reported it had been received and sorted at the facility. So processing time was amazing, especially considering it was Christmas and there was probably a large volume of orders.

Two days later, package arrived by USPS, properly packaged with bubble wrap and a bubble padded large envelope. Opened up to find the product was exactly what I ordered with a shipping receipt inside.

Overall I'd have to give VaporWorld.biz a 5 out of 5 stars. I didn't run into one problem with them whatsoever, and I ordered during what has to be a peak time for them. The quick processing time and great customer service really helped them shine through. I can't give the best opinion on their prices because it was my first time ordering and I'm sure other places have some things cheaper sometimes, but they seemed very competitive to what I saw during my research/shopping. The unit I ordered was on sale and listed as the cheapest on Pennyvaper.com. All in all I would recommend anyone looking to purchase something should consider using them.

Let me know if you have any experience with the, or tell me your favorite merchant! Thanks, and happy vaping! :2cool:

Well, I have to say that my 1st order went fairly well. I looked at the mini Davides, selected my preferred colors and placed an order for a couple. I got a call the next day saying they didn't have those colors so I was given the option of different colors. I made my new selection and had my mini's a couple days later. Ok, so they weren't keeping up with the colors on the website. That can happen ... I understand. About a week later, after trying the mini Davides and liking them (comparing to PT2 minis I have) I ordered a couple more from the website, only this time I called to confirm the colors were in stock before ordering and was told they were and, again, I received a call the next day saying they were out of stock of the colors so I changed my selection. The shipping was just as quick as before but then I realized I was being charged for 2 day shipping so that explained that.

So, that was the "good", now for the bad and the ugly. On Monday, I called and verified colors and placed an order for a Full size Davide, a mini Davide and a Mini PT2 ... received an order confirmation and the next day and email stating order was ready for shipping so I figured 2 day shipping, I should have it Thursday ... didn't come, so probably on Friday ... not. I thought it was odd that I hadn't received an email with tracking number so I went back online and found that the order had been canceled. No phone call, no email but yet they were able to charge my credit card even though they canceled my order. That is the bad.

So I called the number on the website and was told that I had reached one of the retail stores and that I would need to call the ware house because they [the warehouse] have all the information about my order. So I call the warehouse ... they were closed ... I left a message as well as filling out the contact form on the website ... hopefully the ugly part won't be having to dispute the charge. I'll do an update when I find out something. :-x
