VaporX XL tank cartomizer help!!

Ok- so I have VaporX eLiquid Cartomizer Replacement Tank | Purple |SoBeVaporizers this tank on my vaporX xps starter kit battery and the wicks are starting to get brown and taste burnt. It's time to replace them, and I was told by a member on this forum to use this GotVapes VISION Stardust Twist-On Coil Head 2.8ohm Long Wick [gv-STARDUSTCoilHead-2.8ohm-LW] - $2.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more coil as a replacement. The only problem is that I cannot find a way to take out the coil!! Can someone please help me? Are you supposed to just replace the tank every time? I'm brand new to vaping so any advice or suggestions would help. Thanks in advance!

Well, I don't know that you can. That clearo that you have looks somewhat suspicious--so does the entire site, to tell the truth. they are selling herb grinders? And their starter kits cost over 200 bucks???

If you can't remove the coil head then it's not replaceable--maybe you can try to clean it, but it looks like a disposable. Did you really pay $18 for that?

Since you're brand new to vaping, I suggest you look around this forum and find a better vendor, just for starters. If you have an eGo-class battery, try some clearomizers with changeable coils, Kanger BCC (Bottom Changeable Coil)--T3, eVod, or mini Tank or a T2 if you prefer top changeable coil.

Thanks for the info, I actually bought the tank, battery, and charger from a friend for $30, I just wanted to try e cigs as a substitute for hookah. I'm definitely in love with vaping though! Thanks for the advice!
