Hey guys,

Lately I've been using (and really liking) the SI DBC clearomizer range with my Spinner.

Over the last few weeks, however, I have been suffering from a noticeable reduction in the ammount of vapour being produced.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips in what might be going on. I have been exclusively using the Niquid juices, with my voltage set to 3.3-3.8. I can't really set the voltage higher as it then produces a nasty burnt flavour. I have been through 3-4 clearomizer heads in the last fortnight, and each one capes with about the same amount of vapour.

I am constantly wiping vapour condensation from my battery terminal, but this is really only out of habit, rather than vapour production improvement.

Are the Niquid juices known to have mediocre vapour production? What can I do to pump thing up a little?

Thanks for any help, looking forward to hearing back.

I pull the top wick, dry burn, then soak overnight in denture cleaner or vodka then rinse thoroughly. If you vape right after dry burning without the cleaning it will be verrrry nasty tasting. My husband uses these and he's good about letting them get way too gunky before handing them over to be cleaned and this fixes it almost every time, I've only had 2 that couldn't be saved with this treatment

This works on the t3 heads, if you wiggle out that tall pin in the center top you'll see two thin strands of flavor wick. Take those out or you'll lose them. And remember to only pulse 2-3 seconds at a time until you see the coil glow and can see most of the stuff is off.

As for aspire heads, the tiny little screw in things, I just soak those. I haven't taken them apart yet to play with them

Maybe check the airholes and air channel around the battery? I use a T-pin or thick needle, scrape around the battery post, then poke the two holes. When it's time to service the battery, there's usually a lot of black crud in there. Just be careful not to accidentally pry out the post. You could play around with the post connection too. Try loosening the clearo a bit, or carefully prying the battery post up just a hair. Maybe the connection between clearo and battery is too tight/loose. Hope you saved your heads. They're probably still OK.
