Placed an order for some swag at vapourhut.com (UK business) and have a nice story to tell.
A little while ago I ordered an AGR tank and a few other items. The AGR tank is fantastic; takes a regular carto and vapes like a good'un. Particularly nice is the locking feature and the little hole for filling and vapour adjustment. Anyhow, one day whilst filing I dropped the little screw into the sink and the little bugger went for a swim down the plug hole
Sad times. I ordered a new tank (£9.99) from Vapourhut though, so all was well.
When I placed my order I was completely satisfied, however typed a quick note in to say that I had lost my screw and on the off chance that they had some spares I'd happily take one (expecting to pay a few pence). What did it matter, after all I had a new tank on its way.
Today I had vapemail and here's the Invoice:

Alex is my new best friend and I have a smart new screw in a little bag. Awesome!
