In my constant perusing of threads on ECF, I stumbled across Mad Murdock's epic thread about a phenomenal green joose named Pluid. Many vapers had some, more vapers wanted some, none was available! Found a link to www.vapow.com in August for preorder on an upcoming batch. Seems like www.vapow.com is one of two exclusive distributors of the awesome anise plus ? tasting joose. And being that I had been hunting for just this flavor for over a year, I clicked the link.
I placed a preorder for two bottles of Pluid and also ordered a couple of skull driptips. As I was ready to checkout I read that all items in an order would not ship until the item preordered was in stock. Thanks Joe for putting that in a visible place because I really wanted the driptips right away (I'm not always very patient). Placed my two orders, received confirmation, went back up to ECF and discovered there was a coupon code for 10% off. Crap!
Emailed Vapow wondering if I could maybe apply that coupon to my order. Got an email back from Joe saying that my order had already processed but he would be happy to credit my account for the 10%. Now what kind of customer service is that? Like I'm definitely going to be a customer for life!!!!!!
Skull driptips shipped and were received in two days. Pluid wasn't suppose to be available until 9/20, but I got an email on the 12th saying it was shipping. I received my fantastic, new, all day joose two days later!
Joe and www.vapow.com are great. They go above and beyond. Communication with Joe has been the best I have experienced since I started ordering online for vaping supplies in September, 2010.
Mad Murdock made the correct choice in making Joe a distributor of Radiator Pluid.
Oh, and thank you for having more Pluid up for sale today. I must have refreshed your site hundreds of times.
