OK, just found my first negative thing and it's STILL not that bad....

The batteries don't come fully charged (no problem there for patient people! LOL!), but I'm now back to my 201 because I have drained both batteries. I thaught I'd be ok because I have 4 charged cigar batteries here. I had assumed they would fit and work, however they are slightly shorter than the batteries that come with the Vapre51. Is there a spacer that could be offered for the cigars batteries? I have 8 of them that I would like to use but they are just a tad too short to work properly in the Vapre51.

I'm letting my Vapre51 bats charge all night tho... I can't go without this thing now.

Nice review, Figgy. =)

About the batteries --

Shawn is providing protected 10440s. There is a wafer-like chip that is built-in to the battery that connects on the (-) side. The battery insulation covers it so it's transparent to the user. 'Tis why the protected batts are slightly longer than the unprotected ones.

There is another issue with these batteries that we are stuck with, as far as I can tell. The quality control from the battery manufacturer sucks. The batteries vary in size and length -- well, from UltraFire. I can't reverse one of my batteries to use it in stealth mode (no LEDs). It simply doesn't fit that way and I WON'T force it in my Vapre51.

I mentioned this to Shawn who said he would replace the battery. I declined. There's no way Litecig is responsible for UltraFire's lack of QC.

I'm going to try some other batt manufacturers. I'll keep you guys posted.

Well I can see one very big problem that I am not sure how to fix.....

I may need more than one. You know how we ladies like to accessorize...:)

After seeing Fig's video I think I need a 201 atty. That's the kind of vapor I love.

Shawn like I told you...love my 51. I have finally found what I was looking for.....well in a pv anyway :)

Great review Figurehead! Your most compelling point was If dammit to hell there ever was a ban on ecigs this device is compatible with many atomizers and uses batteries you can pick up almost anywhere. Oh... and watching you get your .... kicked by your 201 was pretty compelling too!

I'll be curious to see how the VX2 atty performs.

You'll have to wait. :( It broked. Broked bad. I killed my best friend in the whole world. I want to kill myself. :(

I STRONGLY advise not messing with the air flow control right now. I made maybe 1/5th of a turn and snapped the center post wire. :( OH THE HUMANITY! Oh the HUGE MANITEE!
