"Vaprlife" Way to go!! Great customer service

At Christmas time I ordered a blue pearl with blue lights. I love it so much For Valentines my hubby offered to buy me another.

So I asked if they could put purple lights in a silver tube. Sure no problem. I was thrilled.
With in 3 days my new pearl showed up in the morning mail. I stuck batteries in it and loved the purple lights. I went to screw on an atty. And the connection was wrong. So I promptly e-mailed them to let them know. I promptly got an e-mail back asking for my phone number so Jeso could call me. He called me,we got it all straight. He was making it again the same day and would ship that day. And I shipped the wrong connection one back.

My silver pearl was ordered on 2-14
I received my new pearl with wrong fitting on 2-17
I sent it back and they fixed me up a new one and shipped on 2-17
And promised to send an atomizer for my trouble.
Today 2-19 I received my new silver pearl with purple lights.
Communication has been wonderful by e-mail and phone. I am thrilled with the service and also the product.

I again sent my Vaprlife Pearl into them this time for an upgrade. Super powers as we call it. I sent it in and had it back that same week. With longer battery life now. And they included a 15ml bottle of their " 30 pieces of silver".
What nice people they are.
My other pearl will be sent to them soon for an upgrade.
