First Impressions:

Received today and unboxed enthusiastically! Great looking set, very good quality feel and positive first impression on unwrapping the packaging. Happy to see the three samplers thrown in there as I had become quite worried about the flavor i'd chosen with the Cool Karts (Cowboy).

Went straight for the pass-through and attached one of the Cool Karts. Have to say, after the first drag - I was disappointed. The taste had a burnt feel to it and I gagged a little. I quickly unscrewed the Cart and plugged in the Spiced Cider sampler that was thrown in and WOW what a difference! It was a much smoother throat hit and very nice taste. Can definitely see myself smoking these as a replacement for my old analogues!

Then tried the other all tobacco samplers included in the set and although some better than others, i've quickly come to realize the more exotic flavors are the way to go for me! Am happily vaping away on the cider right now! Can see this device being my saviour!

Need to browse for some flavor recommendations next.

Yeah I just got my kit and ordered only tobacco flavours. As it turns out, the only one I really like is the 555 - 11mg. I was only a 1/2 pack/day smoker so I don't think I need crazy nic. My 555 is definitely dry and now burnt, but I ordered the premium 555 with some blank cool carts and I'm hoping I'll dig those. I also decided to experiment with a few other flavors as well.....rum and coke, friut flavors in the sample sizes. I also ordered the fruit sampler. We'll see.

My problem is that I find that almost all of the carts I have I find way too harsh on my throat/lungs. Most feel like super super strong cigarettes and I can't take more than 1 or 2 hits. Imagine taking a pull on a heavy cigar and inhaling...I will see if some lower nic carts will help. Most of what I got was 18mg and 24 mg. I also ordered some organic VG carts from Vaperite as well.

Alot of the prefills feel that way.... and the Nic will have A LITTLE something to do with it to....but there is a big difference when u buy the juice and fill ur own.... something ab ut those prefills, (well atleast for tobbacco and menthol flavors i dont know how the prefills are for exotic flavors)

I second that. Am hesitant about placing another order with V4L as i'm unsure about the flavors. There's a smokeshop selling vapure cartridges not far from here, might give them a try ....

Have realised I don't need the Nicotine as long as there's still a decent amount of Vapor.

Will also try Prophets suggestion of filling my own carts. It seems like it will work out a lot cheaper as well.

Be careful with that, if you want to go straight to 0 - it's ok, but make sure you have some nicotine juice if/when you start going nuts...

When u buying cartos, make sure they are "premium" kind (with soft tip on mouse side).
I've tried cheap/regular cartos - they produce poor taste/vapor, burn really fast and hard to refill without braking them.

What I'm doing now - I'm buying my favorite prefiled premium cartos (Dunhill and Kamel) and juice. Than I drip 5-6 drops to new carto and get about 10-12 "cigarettes" out of one carto. Than I refill cartos 2-3 times. In future I'm planning to clean them and reuse again.

To check more flavors I've ordered lots of flavors in small bottles from different places plus some premium empty cartos. Will see how that goes.
