Variable Voltage with a 14650 battery possible?

Hey guys, just curious if there is anyway to get (or possibly make?) something like a Kick for a mod (STURM mod) that takes 14650 batteries. Is there anything I can do?
I'd love to vape the STURM at 4.2v!

Well, if you could get it to telescope a bit longer (extension ring), so that it a 14500 IMR and a module about 26mm long the PTN04050 could be made to do this. VV would be cramped in that space but fixed as low as 4.4v, no problem.

Oh awesome. I wonder if I could find someone to machine something like that for me
It's not really a huge deal either way, I just like to build my coils at like 2-2.3ohm and have a higher voltage, but making a 1.8ohm coil isn't so bad at 3.7v either.
